General Info

This is our first ever V5 event and we are super excited. We will host the event in our Middle School Gym. The pits and event will all take place in the gym. Concessions will be available. We will post a menu at a later date. More information to come a few weeks before the event.

Code of Conduct

Volunteers are welcome for this event. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather cancellations, we will make every attempt to reschedule. Please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates will be posted about the event status as needed in the General description.

Coaches will be notified by email in the event of a cancellation.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

In the event that this tournament cannot take place due to inclement weather, registration fees will be returned mius $5.00 for administrative fees and postage. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

The event is nonrefundable.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
