This is a Blended Event for both HS and MS teams. 

This event will have 3 Qualification spots to the State Championship.
Excellence Award = 1 spot,
Champions will = 2 spots.

Trophies wil be given out. Review the awards tab.

If the event has more than 10 Teams of MS there will also be a MS Excellence award.

Concessions will be available for reasonable prices.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Always check the evening before and the morning of the event for weather related concerns.

You will be notified via email if there is a weather condition that prevents the event from happening.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds are only available 2 weeks before the event.

Refunds will not be issued within 2 weeks of the event.

If you choose not to attend and it is before the 2 week window mentioned above, you can request a refund.

If the event is cancelled, you can choose to --
a) apply the money to another event which we are hosting for the current season
b) receive a refund via paypal minus the RECFprocessing fee
c) donate it to our scholarship program for 1st to 8th graders which are financially challenged

Judging Format

The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event.

Engineering Notebooks must be submitted digitally by 1/31/2025 8:00 pm cst.

We also recommend that you include with your Eng Notebook the Innovate Award form to be considered for this award and other awards at this event
