General Info
NFHS is excited for this event and we are glad you are joining us.
Please note the following so we can have a great event.
· Review all rules before coming to the event.
· Review the official VEX forums for all rule updates and changes
· Review the inspection check list and make sure your robot follows VEX rules
· Items to bring
o Safety Glasses
o Power strip: these will be set up by tables on the outside walls not through the tables.
o Copy of your Engineering Notebook
o All robot related items
· Please leave all tools at home that make sparks. If you need to cut something one of my team members will in the engineering lab.
· Ensure that you have the latest version of firmware.
· Please note that a Participation Legal Release form for all participants must be uploaded to robotevents.com prior to arrival.
· Bring a great attitude and willingness to help when needed.

8:00 AM - 2:30 PM: Skills
9:30 AM: Drivers Meeting and 1st match ready
9:40 AM - 12:00 PM: Qualifying Rounds
12:00 - 12:30 Lunch Break
12:30 - 2:00 Qualifying Round Continue.
2:00 PM: Alliance Selection
4:00 PM: Awards and clean up

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
North Forsyth has every intention of hosting this event. If weather poses a threat or there is another issue leading to a problem making the event impossible, event partners will release an email to mentors listed for the teams as soon as a decision is made to cancel the event. If the event is called off due to emergency or bad weather, there will also be no refunds. However, we will work to provide another date for the event. If this happens it be a problem for your teams, please feel free to contact us, but understand that a refund is very unlikely.
Refund and Payment Policies
There will not be any refunds.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
