General Info
One last chance before regionals! Practice your skills, hone your driving, and get your robots ready for the next level.
For this small event, doors will open at 8 with inspections starting immediately. We will aim to start the qualifications at 9. Pizza lunch will be provided for competitors and food and drink will be available for purchase throughout the event.
Unload robots at the flagpole circle in the front of the school and follow signs to park vehicles in the hockey rink parking lot.
Driver and programming skills will be offered as well as in-person judging.
All teams and spectators will be expected to comply with the REC Code of Conduct.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If Pingree is unable to host the event due to weather or other unforseen circumstances, all registered teams will be notified via email as soon as the decision has been made.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: If Pingree is forced to cancel the event due to weather or other unforseen circumstances, refunds will be issued less the $5 processing fee charged by RECF.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Unfortunately, Pingree cannot issue refunds in this situation. Please contact me at [email protected] if you need to withdraw from the competition.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
