General Info
All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
Thanks for registering for the 6th Annual White House VEX Fall League! The event will take place Monday or Tuesday (Please note dates) evenings from 6-8 pm with qualification taking place the first 4 nights and the tournament and awards on the 5th night. We will contact you closer to the event with more details including directions, school maps, and times. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form electronically this season.

Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering. No prior experience is necessary. Please email [email protected] to sign up. Volunteers will receive any training necessary and an evening of inspiration working with incredibly talented youth.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be given, minus the $5 processing fee from the REC Foundation.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- There will be NO refunds for this situation, due to the cost of providing for volunteers and teams attending. Please make sure to only register teams if you are sure they will be able to attend and compete.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
