General Info
Pymble Ladies' College and Pymble Pride present the V5RC High Stakes Tournament.
This event will be hosted by Pymble Ladies' College.
The event will be conducted in John Reid Hall in Junior School.
Please ensure everyone brings a packed lunch due to the lack of food services in the area.
There is a carpark in Gate 3 that will be open for teams, spectators and volunteers. There is also street parking available on Avon Road.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams are entitled to a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams that cancel 10 days before an event are entitled to a refund. Cancellations with less then 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
