Welcome to the Bridgeland HS V5RC High Stakes Open. Thank you for registering and we hope you will have fun! Volunteers are what make VEX events happen. Our biggest need for each event is judges and queuing, no experience is needed. Volunteers receive lunch, and snacks throughout the day. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Any required closing will be based on district policy.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be sent.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
There will be no refunds due to fixed costs associated with this event.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline may be scheduled ahead of the event date. A submission deadline is scheduled for 1/10/2025 (ahead of the event date). No notebooks will be accepted on the day of the tournament.
