General Info

Take advantage of this last chance opprotunity to raise your skills scores prior the State Championship at the Final Count Down Skills event at Sullivan East Middle School.

Everyone knows the importance of team/s increasing skills score at tournaments. We also know that it is stressful for teams to get those runs in while also juggling qualifying matches, interviews, and/or robot repairs. This skills only events will allow your teams to focus on skills without the added pressures of match play.  

Closer to the event you'll be able to sign up for specific time slots for your skills runs.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Sullivan County Department of Education will require the event to be canceled due to inclement weather. Please watch for an update from the event partner if the event must be rescheduled or canceled due to weather. 

Covid -19 creates many questions for coaches and event partners. Please know we want students to be safe and healthy. If the event must be canceled due to the number of Covid-19 cases for the area, we will work to reschedule the event as soon as possible. 

Your understanding during these difficult times is greatly appreciated. 

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event of cancelation the events partner will work with each coach to either refund the team fees.

Teams that have not paid by the payment deadline date will be moved to the waitlist.
