General Info
Bancroft Robotics is excited to host the Bancroft VRC High Stakes Qualifying Tournament.
This tournament will qualify teams for the Massachusetts Event HS Championship.
Our event will be held at Bancroft School, 110 Shore Drive, Worcester, MA 01605
The event date is: February 8, 2025
Our event will be held in a handicap-accessible building. Tournament action will take place in one gym and pit space will be in a separate gym. Skills will be offered in a separate room. Our dining hall will be open throughout the day to provide parents and other adults with a quiet place to work or read.
We have ample parking so invite your friends to come out to enjoy the action!
Lunch will be provided to student team members and their adult coach(es). Hot dogs and Mac & Cheese from Coney Island Hot Dogs of Worcester, water bottles, and chips are the menu for the day.
An on-site concession stand will be available for those wishing to purchase light snacks and beverages throughout the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If Bancroft School is closed due to inclement weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued within two months of the event date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: If Bancroft School is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued within two months of the event date.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be made after Registration closes, if team withdraws from an event prior to registration closing, a full refund will be issued within two months of the event date.
Teams with unpaid balances on RobotEvents.com: will be placed on the waitlist the week prior to event, unless they have made payment arrangements with the Event Partner.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook submissions most be posted on RobotEvents.com by January 29, 2024, 11:00 PM to be considered for Judged Awards that require a Engineering Notebook. Physical notebooks brought to the event may not be considered in the Judging process.
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
