General Info
Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) will hold the first "Nangong Cup" VEX Robot Elite Invitational.
The competition adheres to the motto and standards of Harbin Institute of Technology, which is "strict standards, hard work at home". Primary and secondary schools are invited to participate nationwide, and through the competition, young people's awareness of scientific and technological innovation is stimulated, their innovative practical ability is enhanced, and internationally competitive young people's scientific and technological innovation talents are cultivated.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
1. Equip medical personnel on site;
2. The school has a professional medical room;
3. There is the Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University located 3 kilometers nearby.
The competition venue is indoor and not affected by rain or other weather conditions; In case of rainstorm, typhoon, earthquake and other bad weather or force majeure, the meeting will be postponed!
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refund
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
