General Info
There are four dates for league play. The dates are:
Three ranking sessions: Sep 28, Oct 26 and Nov 23 (done by lunch-ish)
One ranking Session + finals on Dec 7th (all day)
All sessions will be held at Kea'au High School.
Robot Skills will take place on the final date only.
League Awards for Judges, Design, and Excellence determined at Finale. Physical Engineering Notebooks must be submitted at check-in on finals day.

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.
For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.
Agenda
All events will be held in Kea'au High School Cafeteria. Agenda varies between ranking only sessions and the final day which will have ranking + skills + finals.
Ranking Days:
- 8am - Doors Open
- 8:30am - 9:30am - Inspections
- 9:30am - 12:00pm - Ranking Matches
Ranking + Finals Day (ALL DAY):
- 8am - Doors Open
- 8:30am - 9:30am - Inspections (turn in engineering notebooks at inspection)
- 9:30am - 12:30pm - Ranking Matches + Skills
- 12:30 - 1pm - Lunch. Skills may also continue to run over lunch.
- 1pm - 4:00pm - Alliance Selection, Finals and Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Event dates will be postponed / rescheduled in the event of emergency weather conditions. Teams will be notified by the event partner the day prior to the event if there is a need to postpone. Please make sure your team contact info is up to date in your RobotEvents.com account, and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment in full is required 1 week prior to tournament or teams may be dropped by the event partner.
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds.
Judging Format
ON FINALS DATE ONLY: All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. Engineering notebooks must be submitted at check in.
