Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Agenda

Please enter through Door 7 which is at the backside of the building off of Cadet Drive. There will be limited concessions offered.

There will not be room for spectators in the room where the field is located. Spectators can view the event from our youtube page. I will have my classroom open and the video up on the projector screen for those who would like to watch.

0800 - Doors open

0830 - 0930 Drop of Engineering Notebook

0830 - 1300 Inspection and skills runs are open

If you turned in an engineering notebook, go to the Judges interviewing table after you complete your Skills Runs. The Judging interview table will be co-located near the field.

Awards will be presented at 1330.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. After the Team completes their skill runs they should report to the Judging table for interview. Judging table will be colocated near the field. Please turn in your engineering notebook from 0830-0930 to the Judging Table.
