General Info
Raise your skills score in advance of the State Championship at Social Skills, hosted at Harpeth Hall.
We know the importance of raising your skills score in the last weekend of qualifying competitions and we know that it can be challening to get your best skills runs when you're running to matches, making repairs from matches, and talking to judges.
This pair of events (Social Skills on Saturday, and Survival Skills on Sunday) give your team multiple opportunites to nail their season-best combined score. Low stress, time efficient, and targeted to just what you need to accomplish - that's what you will get at Social Skills.
Closer to the event you'll be able to sign up for specific time slots for your skills runs.

Agenda
8:00 AM - Doors open, Team Check-In opens, Inspection open
8:15 AM - Skills fields open
Teams will sign up for staggered time blocks to run their skills attempts
4:45 PM - Last call to the skills fields
5:00 PM - Event concludes, Skills winners notified if they are no longer on-site

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather, teams will be updated via email. If there is day-of risk of severe weather, all teams will be notified of on-site emergency plans and the weather will be closely monitored by event staff.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will only be made if the event is canceled. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
