General Info
Update: Due to school renovations in the Downingtown Area School District, we unfortunately have to cancel this year's event. Instead, we are working with Conestoga and Forge Robotics to host the Conestoga Robotics Qualifying Tournament.
Welcome to the Vexmen VRC Finale Invitational! This will be the Vexmen's third VRC event of the season and it will be held at the Marsh Creek 6th Grade Center in Downingtown, PA.
Early Bird
This event has Early Bird Registration enabled. For more information, please reference the Downloads tab.
Field Information
The fields will be on the floor. We will be utilizing the new plastic field perimeters.

The first round of invitations will be sent on approximately December 16 once team registration closes for the season and all event registrations are open. They will roll until the event is filled.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event has no available makeup date. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the Downingtown Area School District's policies.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned minus the $5 RECF processing fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by the Downingtown Area School District. i.e. Inclement Weather, COVID-19, etc. Refunds will NOT include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events. Refunds will be coordinated thru the billing contact for the team. For refund questions, email: [email protected]
Registration fees are due 1 week prior to the event
- If your school requires a PO – Purchase Order, please let us know.
- If your team hasn’t paid by the registration fee due date, your team will be placed on the waitlist.
Registration fees will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
Health and Safety Policies
Our event health and safety policy will follow the most stringent requirements of the Downingtown Area School District, the Brandywine Robotics’ Vexmen, and Federal, State, and local governments.
These policies will be subject to change based on any policy updates at the time of the event. These policies will be clearly communicated as information update emails.
This event is closed to the general public. This event is an invitational event and only teams that are registered, their mentors, friends and family members may attend the event.

Travel Info
The Downingtown Area School District, Marsh Creek Sixth Grade Center (DASD MC6GC) has plenty of parking for cars and buses.
We recommend that all vehicles enter through the buses only entrance for the event.
Look for the Vexmen Robotics Event signs to help guide your path!

Our event will be held at the Downingtown Area School District Marsh Creek Sixth Grade Center.
For the easiest access to the building, all attendees and teams should enter the parking area through the “Bus Only” entrance located at:
395 Dorlan Mill Rd.
Downingtown, PA 19335
(Bus only is only enforced during the school day)
Note that Marsh Creek is behind the DASD Shamona Creek Elementary School as shown in the photo below.
When entering the building, use the door farthest to your right on the front of the building.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally for evaluation via the link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. To submit your digital notebook, ensure your team profile has been updated with a link to your notebook by 5PM the day before the event.
