Welcome to the 2024 West Oahu VEX Robotics Tournament Hosted by Nanakuli High & Intermediate School
The event will be held at Nanakuli High and Intermediate School in the Multi-Purpose Building, parking is available between the Gym and the multi-purpose building
This is a live, in-person event.
This event will follow all local health and safety guidelines. In addition, Nanakuli may require additional health and safety protocols. An email blast will be sent out if any additional requirements need to be met.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event has to be canceled due to bad weather, all teams will be reimbursed $120 per team for the event. Please see the refund tab for info on reimbursement.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Once the registration deadline is reached, there will be no refunds unless the tournament is canceled because of the weather. Refunds will be $120, less the $5 processing fee the REC Foundation charges for each registrant..
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No Refund

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
