General Info

Jackson Area Robotics along with the University of Memphis at Lambuth are excited to, once again, bring you the Hub City West TN Invitational.

This tournament is an opportunity for West TN teams to earn those coveted TN State Championship spots on March 14&15, 2025. Since this is an Invitational, all teams must first add themselves to the waitlist. EP will move eligible teams from waitlist to the roster.

Teams outside of the West TN area may add themselves to the waitlist. If the tournament does not fill with West TN teams, teams from other areas of TN may be invited on October 14, 2024

Teams can volunteer to help set up on Friday and will have the opportunity to be inspected and run Skills by 6:00 pm.

Parking and venue information can be found under the Documents tab or in the Image Gallery.

Team registrations must be paid in full two weeks after a team registers, OR immediately, if after October 28, 2025, unless other arrangements have been made with EP. Unpaid teams will be moved to the Waitlist and may be moved back, IF there is room on the roster. If your registration payment process takes longer than two week, clear communication will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.

Due to the strict, in-house catering policy at the UofM Lambuth only teams that order lunches will be able to dine in the building. JAR is not making any money from these lunches and is only charging actual costs. Teams that choose not to order lunches must plan to eat outdoors. There is a lovely patio area and large quad area for those teams who choose to bring their own lunches. Fast food is not quickly accessible to the campus, so planning ahead is critical. Everyone is also encouraged to bring their own refillable water bottles as no outside drinks are permissible. Thank you for understanding.

We are very grateful for the hospitality of the UofM Lambuth for hosting this event and will diligently honor their food/drink policy. The deadline for ordering meals is noon on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024. Meals may be pre-ordered at this link https://forms.gle/BioWBY21pU9aKmic9

Each team is asked to provide at least one volunteer. When signing up, please list your affiliation in the comments. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0A4CADAE2BA1F94-49915353-hubcity
