Welcome to TAI-VEX MS League 2024-2025 High Stakes!
This year's event is unique as we are collaborating with Taipei American School in hosting ranking sessions to enable schools from all over Taiwan to participate!
Remider to all teams, we highly recommend you run a skills run in one of the first ranking sessions to get yourself qualified to VEX Taiwan Open!
This event is open for Middle School teams and will offer Skills challenges.
The first Ranking Session on Oct 26 will take place in the gym of The American School in Taichung
The second Ranking Session on Nov 16 will take place at Taipei American School
The third Ranking Session and Final Elimination on Feb 15th 2025, will take place in the gym of the American School in Taichung!
Late Arrivals
Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.

The Engineering Notebook for the Judged awards will be turned in ONLINE.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Event Partners will also make every effort to reach teams directly in case of an emergency. Make sure your team contact information is up to date in your robotevents.com account, as this is the information that will be used to contact your team. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds are made at the discretion of the event partner and only if there are extenuating circumstances.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds are made at the discretion of the event partner and only if there are extenuating circumstances. Teams requesting a refund must do so by October 1st. No shows will not be refunded. Refunds that are granted will not include the $5 registration fee charged by Robot Events. A refund, if approved will be processed within one month of the tournament date. This policy is in place because the event partner has fixed costs that they are responsible for.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
