General Info
Mashpee Middle High School is excited to be hosting this VRC Under Over qualifying tournament. This tournament will qualify teams to Southern New England Regional Championships. Our event is being held at:

The event is: January 4, 2025
Our event will be held in our gymnasium where both competition fields and teams pits will be located. Pizza and water will be included in the price of registration for each team.
Ample parking is available at Mashpee Middle High School. All attendees should enter through the cafeteria doors. Teams and those with limited mobility should use the driveway circle to unload. Handicap spots are available.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued in a timely manner.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued within a timely manner.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be made after Registration closes, if team withdraws from event prior to registration closing, full refund will be issued within a timely manner.
Teams with unpaid balances on RobotEvents.com: will be placed on the waitlist the week prior to event, unless they have made payment arrangements with the Event Partner.
Judging Format
Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks can be submitted digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents or a physical copy can be brought the day of for evaluation.
