Code of Conduct

WHEN POSIBLE WE WILL MOVE FASTER TO ACCOMODATE OUR TEAMS FROM FARTHER AWAY GETTING HOME EARLIER.

Skills Field:

The Skills field will be open from 9:30 am -12:00 pm. They will take a break for lunch and reopen from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This is in the thick of winter driving. In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to host any team that can make it and will likely refund (except for the 5 dollar fee). Please contact event host at [email protected] at least a day before if this is a possibility. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds (except for the 5 dollar fee) MAY be given for unforseen circumstances, i.e. funeral or bad weather.  Please contact event host at [email protected] at least a day before the event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds (except for the 5 dollar fee) MAY be given for unforseen circumstances, i.e. funeral or bad weather.  Please contact event host at [email protected] as soon as issues arise. 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
