Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

IMPORTANT! If your team will be late, you must call the Event Partner (Primary Contact on the General Info tab). If your team is not checked in on time, the match schedule will be run without your team and they cannot compete. The match schedule CANNOT be run after the tournament begins.

8:30 am           Check-In Open, Pits Open, and Inspections Open

9:30 am            Inspection Closes 

10:00 am         Qualification Matches Begin

10:30 am          Skills Field Opens

1:00 pm           30 minute Lunch Break

4:45 pm          Qualification Matches End, Skills Field Closes

5:00 pm          Alliance Selection – All Teams Present in the main competition area

5:45 pm          Elimination Matches & Judge’s Awards

6:30 pm          Finals Matches, Final Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather this event may be cancelled.  Teams are advised to watch robotevents.com for weather related updates.   If the tournament must be cancelled or postponed, the name of the tournament will change to cancelled or postponed.  In the event of a cancellation or postponement, teams will be sent additional information via email.  

Refund and Payment Policies

No Refunds will be given if Team cancels the registration after Nov 7th 2024

Judging Format

 Remote Judging - The Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges electronically. Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines are scheduled below..

The notebook Submission deadline is Nov 7, 2024, by 6 PM EST

Team interview signup deadline Nov 15, 2024

An email will be sent out to the teams 3 weeks before the event to book spots online for the remote interview. Please make sure that you have access to the email that is registered on robotevents.com for the team.
