General Info

Jackets STEAM Team Robotics is honored to host this year's Higher Stakes season opener competition. This competition is open to all registered VRC teams. The competition will be held Nov 2, 2024 at St Martin Middle School gymnasium and cafeteria.

Your payments must be shown in the system as paid by Oct 16, 2024 in order to participate in the competition.  Please get on the waiting list if the competition has filled, or you have more than 4 teams and if any spots become available I will contact you.

Snacks will be available and we plan on our booster club selling lunches. More specifics will be available closer to the event.

For those with team notebooks please have the complete and psted online by Octoboer 16 at midnight.

We will gladly accept people to assist with our events.

We will need readers prior to event and interviewers on the day of the competiton.

Please consider taking the Head Referee and Judge Advisor courses for this seasons game.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fees will be reimbursed if the event is cancelled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There will be no refunds

Judging Format

 

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally by October 16 for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
