General Info
The RC Mahar Regional School's Robotics Club will be hosting this VEX V5 Robotics Competition High Stakes qualifying tournament. (Blended).
Our event is being held at:
R.C. Mahar Regional School
S. 507 Main Street
Orange, MA 01364
Date November 16, 2024
Our event will be held on a single level with all spaces interconnected with dedicated hallways. The competition will be in Large Gym - spectators will be directed to the to the Large Gym with ample bleacher style seating. The Team Pit area is in the Small Gym, teams will be directed there upon arrival. Cafeteria space will be open for spectators and team members to enjoy their food. A concession stand will be in the lobby area.
Lunch will be provided to student team members and their adult coach. An on-site concession stand will be available for those wishing to purchase light snacks during the day

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued within two months of event date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued within two months of event date.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be made after Registration closes, if team withdraws from event prior to registration closing, full refund will be issued within two months of event date.
Teams with unpaid balances on RobotEvents.com: will be placed on the waitlist the week prior to event, unless they have made payment arrangements with the Event Partner.
