General Info

This is the 7th Annual NorCal Middle School Signature Event.

We will be hosting the event at India Community Center in Milpitas, CA. We would love your participation!

This event for middle school teams will run for 2 days: Opening on Sunday (with optional Inspection and Skills), with qualifying matches, playoffs and elimination matches on Monday. We plan to have each team participate in 8-9 qualifying matches per team.

We strive to conduct the event safely. Please ensure you have read the Health and Safety Policies, for your own safety and others at the event.  We will update the travel section to provide information on discounted hotel rates as soon as we have it. We will be updating this section periodically with additional information on things to do. We will be adding more hotels to this page soon.  We have also made a lot of arrangements to have a fun and safe event for everyone.

Discounted Hotels:  Please see the travel section to see the exclusive discounted rates we are offering for teams travelling to the signature event. We will update this section when we have more information.

No pre-qualification requirements to register for the event. If you have financial difficulty please send us email and we will support you on a case-by-case basis.

Since this is an REC Foundation Signature Event, we are required to have a certain number of teams registered from outside of California for this Signature Event. For those coming from out of state, please let us know if you need any financial assistance - we may waive the registration fee. Please contact the event partner first for more information.

Event partner(s) will try their best to issue full refunds (minus the $5 processing fee charged by Robot Events) in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.
