The event will take place in Gymnasium. This building is located North of the central amphitheater.

Parking

Please park on the West side of campus in the general student parking lot near the softball field. There is plenty of parking available in this lot and all the spots are covered.

Concessions/Lunch

Concessions will be available on site.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the unlikely event of weather that would lead to a cancelation of the event we will do our best to relay that information as early as possible via email. Please contact Daniel Kober ([email protected]) if weather is a concern and please monitor the event satus on RobotEvents.com. Cancellations will be posted there. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Full refund will be given to all teams minus the $5 RobotEvents Processing fee

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refund minus $5 RobotEvents processing fee on paid registration fees up until September 30st, 2024

50% refund on paid registration fees from October 1, 2024 - November 1st, 2024

No refunds after November 1st, 2023

Judging Format

  • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

Digital Notebooks need to be submitted by 11/11 @ 8:00am
