General Info

Welcome to the High Stakes at Harvest Ridge Blended Tournament, playing the game: "High Stakes."  This event is open to High School and Middle School Teams. The event will feature a minimum of 5 fields, 3 fields for the competition and 2 fields for skills/practice. We are allowing spectators for the event so encourage parents, friends, and family members to attend and support their teams. There is no admission fee. Each team will be provided with pizza and water for lunch

Code of Conduct

  • 7:00 am Staff and volunteers arrive

  • 7:30 am Team arrival

  • 7:45 am. Robot inspections and all fields open for practice after inspection

  • 8:00 am. Interviews with Judges begin in your pit area

  • 8:45 am Opening ceremonies

  • 9:00 am Qualifying matches begin

  • 12:00 pm Alliance Selection

  • 12:30 pm-Tournament Begins                                                                                                

  • 2:30 pm.-Awards and Closing

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled due to inclement weather.

 

If the event partner cancels the event, a full refund will be issued. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend refunds will not be issued.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges..
