General Info
The Crusader Crush V5RC Tournament is open to Middle and High School VEX Robotics teams. The event is a State Qualifying event for Kentucky; however teams from Ohio and Indiana are welcome!
No outside food permitted. Teams will have the opportunity to pre-order one or more pizzas. A concession stand will have food and drink items for sale.
Teams should bring their physical notebooks.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Volunteers are needed in the following areas:

- Robot Inspectors
- Scorekeeper Referees
- Judges
We're also looking for schools/organizations who can bring fields.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event will not be rescheduled if cancelled due to bad weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- A 50% refund will be processed for an event cancelled due to weather related emergencies.
If a team completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Refunds will not be given to teams cancelling less than a week before the competition. Refunds will be sent out around 6 weeks from the event who cancel in due time. If teams registered and paid through robotevents, we must receive the funds from robotevents first, this may take 3-6 months. Refund from robotevents will deduct 10%.
Judging Format
Notebooks will be submitted Digitally on RobotEvents.com no later than November 2nd. 2024. In-person interviews will take place at the event.
