General Info
Hello and welcome to our last chance qualifier. We would ask to please register teams that have not qualified for the State Championships before considering registering teams that have already qualified. This event is closed to only teams in the NH/VT region.
Concessions will be offered throughout the day and for lunch we will have some pizza by the slice as well as other offerings such as chili, mac and cheese, soups etc. Chips, baked goods, drinks and snacks will also be offered.
For teams looking to order team pizzas or other items Bristol House of Pizza is located directly across the street and orders can be placed with them directly. They open at 11:00 AM

We are in need of volunteers to serve as Judges, Score keepers, Match Queuing etc.
Please reach out if you have someone in your organization who can volunteer.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will make every effort to make a decision about inclement weather by 9 PM the evening before and notify all teams
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All teams will receive a refund minus the $5 administrative fee retianed by RECF
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If a team does not withdraw prior to January 17th no refund will be given. If a team withdraws prior Jan 17th they will receive a refund minus the $5 fee retained by RECF

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
All physical notebooks need to be submitted by 8:30 AM
