Welcome to the WHR VIQRC Middle school Championship ! We are thrilled to have you and your team join us for what promises to be an exciting and inspiring experience.
Event Information:
- Grade Level : Middle school
- Judging : All In person judging.
- Skills : Yes
- Digital engineering notebooks accepted through Robot Events. Due by Friday, Feb 21st, 2025.
Important Things to Note:.
All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct .

All participants are expected to have the participant release form . (Spanish) on file prior to competing. Please verify that all your students have this form completed and it has been uploaded to your team’s account
- Team Preparation: Teams should come prepared with fully built Robot, controllers, extra batteries, chargers and programming devices.
- Event Guidelines: Please familiarize yourself with the event rules by reading through all the tabs on robot events.
Concessions are available at the event.
We are excited to see all the creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration that will unfold at the event!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather cancellations, we will notify the coaches via email. No refunds for bad weather cancellations.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: No refunds
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds
Judging Format
. Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
