General Info

This competition is for UK Teams only.

We hope to make this bigger and better than previous ones, open to all VEX IQ Teams, both Elementery (Years 4-7) and Middle School (Years 7-10), you will need to check birthday rules. 

Thank you to the Discovery Museum Education team for hosting this competition.

Car parking is very limited to paid car parking on the road and small car park next to the museum, it may be a frugal to be dropped off and collected?

Please bring refreshments and a packed lunch for the day. However, the museum has a cafe for adult use only.

Pupil must be supervised by their adult(s) at all time.

10:00 Entrance to museum for Teams, staff will guide you to the lifts to The Great Hall, team directed to their pit area: team number will be provided on each pit.

10:25 Driver briefing 

10:30 Skills field opens

12:00 Skills Closes

12:00 Lunch

12:30 Ranking Matches

14:00 Skills End of ranking matches

14:25 Finals matches

14:40 Awards presentation (Team Work and Skills only)

3:00 Pits Close and depart (teams must be out of the museum by 16:00 as it closes promptly)
