Trinity Grammar Preparatory School are proud to present the VIQC Rapid Relay Tournament on Wednesday 30th July.
This event will be hosted at Trinity Grammar Preparatory School, Strathfield, NSW.
The competition will be held on a regular school day and is not open to spectators. Attendance is limited to students, teachers, coaches, and volunteers only, if you would like to attend, please volunteer.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

8:30am - Doors open for registration/ Robot Inspection
9:30am - Coaches’ Meeting (adults) and Team Briefing/ Driver’s meeting (students)
10:00am - Skills Open
10:00am - Start Qualification Matches
12:30-1pm - Lunch
2pm - End Qualification Matches
2pm - Skills Close
2:30pm - Start Playoffs
3pm - Closing ceremony
3:30pm - Pack up ***due to carline please request school busses/ parents to pick between 3:30-4pm***

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Cancellations with less than 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
