General Info

Please be aware that we will not be having any judging at this event.  

The intention of this event is for teams that have not registered for an event or have only registered for 1 event to attend. Preference will be given to those teams and teams will be manually added from the waitlist to the event. To register please add your teams to the waiting list. 

 

 

Pizza Lunch will be offered for purchase as well as snacks  and drinks available at the event.  Please bring some money along if you wish and support our PTA.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If inclement weather becomes an issue, we will cancel the event and issue all teams a refund after we receive payment from robot events. We may issue a snow date but that has not yet been determined at this time.

Refund and Payment Policies

Registration fees should be paid by February 11th. Teams who have registered, but not yet paid, should advise the Event Partner. On February 13th, teams who have already registered and not paid will be moved to the waitlist. Registration fees should be fully paid or processing no later than the Friday before the event.

 

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  We will issue all teams a refund after we receive payment from robot events minus the $5.00 processing fee. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds given up to two weeks prior to event. If you require a refund please contact the Event Partner by January, 31 2025. We will issue all teams a refund after we receive payment from robot events minus the $5.00 processing fee. 

 

Judging Format
