Judging interviews are in person, please send digital engineering notebooks by January 8th, to consider for judging awards.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

7:30 to 9:30 am - Robot Inspection/Skills Challenge

9:30- 9:45 am - Team/Driver meeting

10;00 - 12:00 noon - Qualifying Matches

12:00 - 1:00 pm - Lunch

1:00 - 2:30 pm - Qualifying matches

3:00 - 3:30 pm - finals

4:00 pm   - Award ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Indoor event.

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds. If canceled by the host, $5 will be deducted from the payment to cover the costs of robot events. Teams that do not pay by registration dealine will be moved to the waitlist. 

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Please submit the engineering notebooks by January 8th.
