Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Indoor event.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds. If canceled by the host, $5 will be deducted from the payment to cover the costs of robot events. Teams that do not pay by registration dealine will be moved to the waitlist.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Please submit the engineering notebooks by January 8th.
