Robotics Edge, Apex Robotics, and Cybercat Robotics are excited to co-host the VIQRC Rapid Relay Tournament.  

This is an invitational event- if you are interested in attending, add your team to the waitlist. 

Snacks & drinks should be availalbe at our concession stand.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

7:45 am - Pit Opens

8:00 am - Team Check-in and Inspection begin, Skill Fields Open

9:00 am - Tournament Meeting, Welcome

9:30 am - Qualification Matches Begin

12:00  - Lunch Break

1:00 pm - Qualification Matches Resume (Skills will end with Qualification Matches)

2:00 pm - Playoffs Begin

2:30 pm - Awards and Closing Ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event is indoors.  Weather should not be an issue. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment deadline is January 21, 2025

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  Full refund, minus the $5 RobotEvent fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  NO REFUND

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital Engineering Notebook submissions must be submitted by midnight, January 21st, 2025.
