Welcome to the Colorado State Championship VEXIQ Middle 2024-2025 Rapid Relay Tournament! We’re thrilled to host you for this exciting event and can’t wait to see your team in action.
We’re looking for volunteers to support our tournament! To ensure a smooth event, we ask that each team provides one volunteer. Check out the Volunteer Tab for more details on how to get involved.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to two weeks before the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents Fee.

Agenda (Subject to Change)
- 2:30PM - 3:30PM: Team Check-in and Robot Inspection
- 3:00PM - 6:00PM: Robot Skills fields are Open
- 3:30PM - 4:00PM: Opening Ceremony
- 4:00PM - 6:00PM: Qualification Rounds Begin
- 6:00PM - 6:45PM: Dinner Break + Drone Show
- 6:45PM - 7:30PM: Finish Qualification Rounds
- 7:30PM - 8:00PM: Finals Matches and Awards Presentation
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission Deadline for Notebooks will be communicated with Registered Teams via Email.
Food Options
Local food trucks will be onsite to provide lunch for purchase. Bringing outside food is allowed and we recommend all teams bring drinks and snacks for the day, however we encourage you to support local business by ordering from the onsite trucks.
The following food trucks will available:
- Cyprus Coffee Cart (through dinner)
- Georgia Boys BBQ (dinner)
- Marcos Hot Dogs (dinner)

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Volunteer
We are looking for 1 Volunteer from each participating Team. These volunteers help make sure the tournaments run smoothly.
**If you are not able to volunteer in person but would like to help support the event we are also looking for Donations for our Hospitality Room here.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of severe weather, as determined by SVVSD, the tournament will be Rescheduled.Please be ready to work with us as we determine a new date!

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
