General Info

Eastmark High School and Junior High is excited to welcome all Elementary and Middle School robotics teams to attend our first AZ State VEX IQ Qualifying Tournament---Eastmark Relay Rumble!!!

In addition to the live competition matches, this event will have skills tournament and live judging.  Notebooks will be submitted digitally prior to tournament date. We hope to have some practice fields for teams but if you need a field, please bring your own and we will do our best to fit as many  practice fields as we can. 

Lunch and beverages will be provided to all volunteers. We could always use more volunteers, please email [email protected] to volunteer

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Help is always needed to quickly clean up at the end of a session so that EVERYONE can leave as early as possible.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Only in extreme circumstances will this event be canceled due to weather. In this circumstance, refunds will be made available minus any potential costs charged by the RobotEvents.com website. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be issued up to 14 days prior to this event if a replacement team is available to fill the vacated spot. Refunds will not be issued after that.  Please be aware that event partners have fixed costs and rely on team registrations to meet these obligations.

Failure to pay the registration fee before the payment deadline will result in the cancellation of registration.  The related team will be moved to the waitlist.

Judging Format

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
