Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, changes to the schedule will be emailed to team contacts.

Options

  1. Event may be delayed to allow additional time for travel.
  2. Event may be cancelled due to the weather.

Announcements will go out by 6:00AM the morning of the event. All teams are encouraged to use their best judgement when deciding to attend.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event, refunds will be offered less the Event Partner expenses.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend no refunds will be processed.
