LOCATION CHANGE: THIS WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE GREENWOOD HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL ARENA.
IF YOU HAVE ATTENDED EVENTS IN GREENWOOD IN PREVIOUS YEARS - THIS WILL BE HELD AT THE SAME LOCATION.
General Tab:
We are hosting 2 separate events this year.
Our events will be held at East Hill Middle School Tornado Shelter gym. We plan on hosting with 4 event fields and1 practice field.
All events will feature skills challenges in the morning and qualification matches in the afternoon. Our goal is to be done by 4:30 pm each event day.

In the event of emergency or weather related concerns the event will be rescheduled.
Weather will be evaluated 24-48 hours prior to the event to make determinations about rescheduling.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds are not offered for withdrawal or cancellation. If you need to withdraw, you MAY be able to get your registration fee applied to another LRSD Event. Contact the event partner at [email protected] to discuss this possibility.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
