General Info

Welcome to the first annual Vex IQ Tournament hosted by the NHS Robotics Club!

This is an Elementary VEX IQ Rapid Relay tournament event.  It will be held in the NWMS Gymnasium.

State spots will be determined based on the number of entries.


Digital Notebooks must be submitted on RobotEvents by 11:59pm Jan 31, 2025.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

In the event of inclement weather, please check the main event page for up to date information.  The main event page will be updated with more details the night before the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is February 2nd, 2024. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
