Volunteer
Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Since it is a school day, we are hoping we can fill a large number of roles with St. George's students. There will likely still be a few roles available for anyone who wants to help out. No prior experience is necessary. Volunteers will receive any training necessary, and full-day volunteers will be fed. Thank you for your time!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event that an emergency arises or inclement weather threatens to affect the tournament, email notifications will be sent.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued if event is cancelled by EP. Refunds will NOT include the $5 processing fee collected by Robot Events.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
As a general rule, refunds will NOT be issued. However, we understand that unforseen circumstances come up. Please contact us as partial refund may be possible if your spot can be filled by another team.
All registrations must be paid in full by February 14, 2025, unless other arrangements have been made with EP. Unpaid teams will be moved to the Waitlist two weeks after registration and may be added back in IF there is room on the roster. If your registration payment process takes longer than two weeks, clear communication will keep teams from being moved to the Waitlist.
