General Info

Thank you for your interest in St. Monica's VIQC Full Volume tournament!  This is a state qualifying event. 

Any team not paid with-in the time window set forth by the REC will be transferred to the waitlist.

Concessions will be available all day for lunch and snacks.  We will have group pizza order available with more details to come as the event gets closer.

If your team needs any special accommodations, please contact Michael Julius, in advance, so that arrangements can be made to meet the needs of your team.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Volunteer

We welcome volunteers for our event! If you are intersted in volunteering, please email [email protected]. We are looking for help with queuing, judging, field reset, building support, and concessions.  Thank you for your interest!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact Michael Julius by phone (317.644.9845) if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund will be issued minus the $5 that is used for processing.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be given. 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for review before the event. A submission deadline that will be scheduled ahead of the event date. Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
