General Info

Rolling Robots is hosting the VEX IQ league for Elementary students.

Expect the format to be similar to the typical tournament but spread over three days.  See agenda for more detail.

We plan to run 2 competition fields and ask for a couple of teams to bring practice fields for all to use.

Team contact will be notified by email if there are any changes due to emergency or weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund less any fees 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No Refund unless we can replace you with a paid team from the wait list.  Refund will be less any fees.

 

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
