Thank you for joining us for this Vex IQ event. Below is some basic information about our event. Additional information will be emailed to Team Managers closer to time.

2 Event Fields

Pit tables organized per SCHOOL (quantity depends on number of teams your school brings.)

1 power station (Bring your Own Charger)

Participation in Skills matches is the responsibility of the team.
-
Each team will have 3 chances at Driver Skills, and 3 chances at Programming Skills
-
You may change drivers between matches as many times as you choose.
-
Any disputes of scores must be made BY the students, PRIOR to leaving the Driver Fields
-
Teams should be ready to go once they reach the Queuing tables, matches will not be postponed due to a team failing to Que, low battery, etc.

Team will participate in 6-8 matches

Top 20 teams will compete in Finals.

Participant must enter the building through the designated door, and are restricted to the designated areas.

Notebooks must be turned in by 8:30 am on the day of the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will follow the weather policy of our local district and reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for weather at the discretion of our district leadership.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will only be awarded if the event is completely cancelled. The $5 fee charged by Robot Events is non-refundable.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
