General Info
Triton Central invites you to join us for our TC Winter Luau VEX IQ Robotics Competition *State Qualifier* Elementary and Middle for Schools. This event will be held at the Triton Central High School Fieldhouse.
Any team not paid within two weeks of the event will be transferred to the waitlist.
Please make sure the online consent forms have been completed two weeks prior to the event.
Concessions will be offered throughout the day. We will also be offering pre-ordered pizzas. More inforomation will be sent closer to the event.
This event will be Luau themed! We encourage teams to dress in their best Luau gear! Feel free to also decorate your pit area!

7:30 Doors open, registration open, pits open
8:00 Inspection starts, all fields open for practice to teams who have passed inspection
8:30 Check-in deadline (all teams not checked-in will be left off of the match schedule)
8:45 Inspection ends
9:00 Opening ceremonies and driver meeting
9:30 Qualifications begin on main fields /Skills attempts begin on skills field only.
11:45 Qualifications stop/Skills attempts stop.
11:45-12:15 Lunch Break, Judging Continues.
12:15 Qualifications start, Skills attempts open on skills field only.
2:15 Qualifications stop, Skills attempts over when qualifications conclude.
2:30 Finals matches and awards
3:15 Event over, thanks for attending.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Weather cancellations will be sent out no later than SIX HOURS before the event start time. Cancellations will be called by Event Host/Local School District. Please refer to our refund policy for information about refunds.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund will be issued minus the $5 that is used for processing through RobotEvents.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be given.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline for notebooks is MONDAY JANUARY 27, 2025.
