Judging Format
In person interviews will only occur for the Finals Tournament.
Notebooks must be submitted digitally by 11:55 Friday, January 31, 2025 Teams must submit a link to their notebook. This is the only way that notebooks will be accepted. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
For example, a notebook can be photographed or scanned in, put into a google doc, or on a website, and then the link would be recorded for each team on the sponsor's account page.
Notebooks are not required but make a team eligible for certain awards if well done.
There will be no judging during the scrimmages, but there will be interviews and in-person judging at the Finale in February. Keep your team's notebook updated during the season, to be well prepared for submission.
