Join Bulldog Bytes Robotics and NorthShore Robotics for this holiday tournament!

We will judge physical engineering notebooks for this event only. Please bring a physical notebook or a printed copy of your digital notebook for judging.

Parking will be located on the Magnolia Trace Elementary Campus.

Concessions will be sold by NorthShore Robotics, including options for lunch.

Code of Conduct

9:15: Drivers Meeting

9:30 Skills Field Opens Teamwork Matches Start

11:30-12:15: Lunch/Break (Skill remains Open/Teamwork Matches Paused)

12:15 - 2:30: Teamwork Matches Resume (Skill Field closes at the end of the last Teamwork Match)

2:30-3:30: Championship Teamwork Matches

3:30: Awards Presentation

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, the event may be cancelled.

In any event, teams will be contacted as soon as possible with the information. The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Please check your email the day of the tournament.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: There will be no refunds unless the entire event is cancelled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will be given if a team cancels before December 1. No Refund will be given after that date.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
