General Info

Welcome to the Blue Devil VEX IQ Elementary Rapid Relay Last Chance Invitational Tournament.  ***This event is by invitation only. Add your team to the waitlist to see if they can join. Priority will be given to teams that have been in 0-1 competition this year. Next will be teams that are not qualified for State. Teams that are already qualified for State will not be allowed to join. Upon registration closing (2-21-25), teams will be moved from the waitlist to the event registered teams list.  We will host the event in the gym.  Skills Challenges will be offered.  Participation and Consent Forms  must be completed for all participants and turned in during check-in, or uploaded online. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in if forms were not completed online.  Registration will start at 8:30AM and close at 9:00AM.  Teams not checked in by that time will be removed from the event and not included in the match list.  All payments MUST be made in advance.  In the event of a registration 2 weeks or less before the competition, please contact the Event Partner do discuss payment if there are concerns.  Concessions will be available.  Judging will NOT be offered.

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

A refund minus the $5 team fee will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.

Refunds if approved will be processed following the event.

Payment Deadline is March 1. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
