General Info

Join us for our 2nd Annual VEX IQ tournament.

We are excited to have your team(s) join us and we are working hard to ensure we provide the best experience to everyone!

Please read carefully to ensure the best flow of the event.

  • Notebook Submission Hardcopy: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event.
  • Registration will start at 12:30 PM and tentatively plan to finish by 4:00 PM.
  • Please feel free to bring your own practice fields since we will use all of our fields for matches.
  • If bringing your own field please be ready to share with other teams.
  • Don't forget to bring your Engineering Notebooks.
  • There will be a working lunch.
  • Concessions will be sold for convenience.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

You will be informed of any cancellations or postponing/rescheduling of the event due to weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

You will be refunded.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

You will not be refunded. 

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
