General Info
This is our first North Pointe VEX IQ Qualifier, and we are pleased to host it at North Pointe Elementary School in Anderson, SC. Parking instructions will be sent out to coaches via email.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If bad weather forces us to cancel the event, we will issue refunds based on refund policy.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event, a refund minus $5 will be given for each team registered.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend, then a refund will not be provided.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline is one week prior to the event.
