Welcome to the Denver VEX IQ 2024-2025 Rapid Relay Tournament. We look forward to hosting you!

 

This event is looking for Volunteers!  To help support our tournament, we are asking all teams to have a person volunteer., Check out the Volunteer Tab for more information!

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

  • 9:00 am    Opening Ceremony 

  • 10:30 AM - 10:45 AM   Event Meeting - all teams meet by main fields 

  • 10:45 am - 12:15 PM   Qualifications Matches

  • 12:15-12:45 Lunch Break

  • 12:45 PM - 3:00 PM   Qualifications and  Finals Matches

  • 3:15 PM - 3:30 PM      Awards Presentation

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather schools will be notified of event cancelation by 5pm the night before. 

No refunds will be available if canceled because of inclement weather. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

All fees will be returned to programs. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

All fees minus the $5 robot event fee will be returned to programs.

There will be no judging at this event.
