This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Agenda for the Robospark VEX IQ Robotics Tournament 1

10:00am - Doors Open (no entrance prior to 10:00 am)

10:05am - 11:00am - Inspection and team check-in. Teams arriving after this nor having passed inspection will not be allowed to play.

10:30am - 4:30pm - Skills field open

11:05am - Opening Ceremony / Drivers Meeting (Skills paused during Opening Ceremonies/Drivers Meeting)

11:15am - 5pm Qualification rounds

12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch (Food must be consumed in designated areas)

5:00pm - 6:00pm - Finals

6:00pm - 6:30pm - Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather we will attempt to reschedule the event. If no proper time can be found you will be credited for a future event with Robospark.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
